Mr. Mericle has over 35 years of experience in traffic engineering, traffic operations, transportation planning, design, and parking management with local agencies and consulting. Tom has also served as an extension class instructor for the University of California, Berkeley Institute of Transportation Studies, and traffic safety evaluator for UC Berkeley SafeTREC.
